Zen Banner Wind Bells
These Zen Wind Banner Bells offer a unique touch to that special space either indoors or out. The banner twirls gently, and the cast bells ring softly in the breeze. The bell itself displays the Chinese symbol for compassion.
Each Wind Bell includes a ceramic "OM" symbol woven into a hanging of black cord with prayer beads, seashells, painted bamboo beads, glass beads and a Chinese coin.
The banners are made with raw silk, and each contains a beautiful Zen Koan and illustration. Because the larger bell features a much larger banner, it tends to be ring more in the breeze.
If hung outdoors this hand forged wrought iron bell will age into an ‘ancient monastery patina’. The silk banner will not mildew but if hung in a tree the banner or prayer flag will age naturally in the elements and become ‘earthtiqued’ so to speak. When kept outdoors the banners we suggest the Zen Banner Wind Bells be displayed in a covered area.

The small Zen Banner Wind Bell measures about 32 inches from the top of the cord to the bottom of the prayer flag.
