We appreciate you both as a customer and as a friend. At Sacred Ways we work very, very hard to search out and sell only the finest quality merchandise. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Sacred Ways, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Products returned for refund will receive a full refund of the item price.
Products returned for credit or exchange will receive full credit for the item price plus plus ground shipping costs.
Please email us at customerservice@sacredways.com or phone 530-478-7634 in advance to notify us of your return or exchange. If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will advise you of the return method and pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Returned items (except defective) must be in original condition. Please carefully pack each returned item, using the original shipping materials if possible. This is especially critical for all glassware.
We recommend you insure the package and ship it by USPS Priority Mail or UPS for the return. Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipt.
