These eye-catching wooden watches use natural multi-colored sandalwood not only for the casing but for the band as well. The sandalwood’s pure natural tones and distinct graining create a stunning look that gives each watch its own unique, one-of-a-kind personality. Our wooden watches are truly international in flavor. The sandalwood comes from managed tree plantations in Africa, the stainless steel, battery-powered movement is from Miyota (Citizen) in Japan, and the assembly is done by Tense Watch Company in British Columbia.
The men’s bands are all standard "bracelet" syle with wooden links and stainless steel clasp. The ladies watches come with three different style bands. There's a standard "bracelet" wooden link band with stainless steel clasp, an open, tensioned-link sandalwood bangle band that’s very, very comfortable, or a "solid" tension-hinged bangle band with magnetic clasp.
Links on the "bracelet" style bands can be easily removed by using a slotted micro screwdriver to undo the link pins. They’re very comfortable to wear, durable, and easy to care for, and come with a 24-month warranty.
Our watches are all made with natural wood materials. As a result no two watches in a particular style are exactly alike, as the grain, shade, and tone of the wood varies slightly from watch to watch. We do our best in our lead photos to depict the "look" of every watch style group we carry. Each wooden watch is a one-of-a-kind timepiece--and that's what makes it so special!
Because these sandalwood trees are plantation-grown specifically for wood crafting, no endangered forest trees are cut to provide material for these watches.
