Orders received by Noon Pacific Time and shipping by USPS ship the same day. Orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time and going by UPS ship the same business day.
Orders over $100 ship FREE by USPS.
Orders over $200 ship FREE UPS Ground.
Our shopping cart provides shipping options, costs, and arrival times based on the destination address and the actual package weight (or volume in certain cases). UPS shipping charges are based on our own (lower than retail) rates; USPS costs are the published rates. We do not add a handling, service, or carton fee to any shipments.
You can always contact us by email or by phone if you have questions about shipping times or need special handling for your order.
International Orders We DO ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs and options are provided for international orders. Just enter country (and zip code if necessary) in the appropriate boxes on the checkout page. Time in Transit for international orders is estimated by the US Post Office as 6-10 days; our experience has been that it may take somewhat longer, especially with the Small Flat Rate International carton. Shipping time varies by destination country, and package arrival may be affected by customs processing. Please note: for questions regarding possible customs charges, duties, or fees, please refer to your own government’s customs department. We do not have this information.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation and TRACKING NUMBER by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can check the progress of your order at any time by going to www.ups.com or www.usps.com and entering the tracking number.
UPS Saturday Delivery is available for UPS Air shipments only at an additional cost usually around $19-$23. This option applies only to 2nd Day Air shipments going out on Thursday and Next Day Air shipments going out on Friday, since these shipments would normally arrive on Monday. Please contact us specifically if you would like Saturday delivery and we will add the additional charge.
Gift Wrapping is available at $5 per item by clicking the "Gift Wrap" box at checkout. For condolence gifts, we use a tasteful, muted floral print.
Gift Boxes Please let us know if you'd like an additional box included for wrapping. Most of our jewelry and watches are already sent in a gift box inside the shipping box. For other items we do not include an extra box unless specifically requested. In certain instances, there may be an extra charge.
Gift Enclosures We're happy to include a hand written personal message with any gift at no cost. Just let us know what you want to say in the "Gift Message" space provided on the checkout form.
Gift Orders We do NOT send a priced invoice with gift orders (packages sent to a person and location different from the billing name and address). We WILL include a packing list, but it does NOT contain any prices. If there's no gift message indicating who is sending the item, we will note the name of the sender on the packing list (unless advised otherwise).
